After the second part of the consultation, your trainer will review your information and design a program specifically for you. No two plans are the same. We value relationship:![]() A positive, trusting relationship with your trainer is important. We choose to provide in-depth consultations because we know people begin programs for many different reasons. It is most important to us that you feel safe and confident when you begin your program! We want you to have a healthy relationship with exercise and with your body. And we are here to help you get there. Your program will be personalized, down to the choice of music. We want everyone to feel at home at Ageless Fitness, and not overwhelmed by large and confusing machinery or complicated exercises. I've had personal trainers before, what makes Ageless Fitness any different?Our program director Julie is an Exercise Physiologist. This means she not only knows about fitness and movement, but how different injuries, diets, lifestyles, medications, and conditions play a role in how the body functions. We are a clinical fitness facility qualified to write exercise "prescriptions" specifically for you! Training sessions are one-on-one and in small groups, which provides a safe environment for instruction and movement. Good form, safety, and confident movement is our top priority! Is Ageless Fitness suitable for me?![]() Absolutely! Ageless Fitness happily works with everyone. We are a program designed for seniors, but perfect for everyone. Whether you are looking to reintroduce exercise into your life, start a program for the first time, enhance what you are already doing, or meet a specific goal, we are here to help you! As a clinical fitness facility, we are qualified to train with individuals of all levels of ability. Given permission, we can also communicate with doctors, physical therapists,occupational therapists, and caregivers to design the safest and most effective exercise program for you.
