Meet one-on-one with a certified personal trainer to develop your customized program designed specifically for you!
One-on-one training sessions can be 45 or 60-minute supervised workouts, where your trainer will monitor every move to ensure you are doing exercises correctly, safely and getting the best workout possible. |
Group Sessions
Our buddy sessions allow two or more clients train together with one personal trainer and a trainer's assistant. Buddy sessions are sixty minute supervised workouts designed for 2-3 people to participate in together. Buddy sessions allow clients to be accompanied by their exercise buddy to motivate and empower each other to work out and have fun together!

Ageless Fitness now offers group fitness classes!
Ageless Fitness offers morning and evening classes. You can sign up for a monthly membership or pay per class. Class space is limited and classes are first come.
