One-on-one training sessions can be 45 or 60-minute supervised workouts. Your trainer will monitor every move to ensure you are doing exercises correctly, safely and getting the best workout possible. |
Small Group Sessions
Our private group sessions allow two or more clients to exercise together with a trainer. Small group sessions are sixty minute supervised workouts designed for 2-3 people. Small group sessions allow clients to bring their favorite exercise buddy to move together!
