Individual Sessions
Meet one-on-one with a certified personal trainer for your personalized fitness program.
One-on-one training sessions can be 30 or 60-minute supervised workouts. Your trainer will be with you to guide the session, provide cues, make sure you are getting the best workout possible. |
Small Group Sessions
Think personal training, but with a buddy! Our private group sessions allow two or more clients to exercise together with a trainer in one of our studios. Small group sessions are sixty minute supervised workouts designed for 2-3 people. Small group sessions allow clients to bring their favorite exercise buddy to move together!
