About our Co-Founder
Julie Pollard
Chief Operations Officer
Julie Pollard is an Exercise Physiologist and Gerontologist. She has her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where she worked as an athletic trainer, caregiver, and medical assistant during studies. She completed her Masters in Gerontology from the University of Southern California with a focus on Nutrition and Longevity.
Blending her expertise, Julie designed the Ageless Fitness program and structure. Julie built Ageless Fitness as an evidence-based, individualized fitness program specialized in aging and preventative health. She is the head of nationwide operations, an instructor, researcher, public speaker, and host of the Ageless Podcast. |
