About our Co-FounderJulie PollardCo-Founder | Chief Operations OfficerJulie co-founded the Ageless Fitness program in 2018. Julie has her Masters degree in Gerontology and longevity sciences from the University of Southern California. She received her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. She is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist with an expertise in prescribing exercise to individuals with a variety of needs, goals, and accommodations. Julie is a specialist in older adult populations and adapted physical activity programs.
Her passion for people drove her into the field of preventative health and wellness. Julie values evidence-based practice, holistic health, careful instruction, and intergenerational friendships. She believes exercise should be effective and fun! |
