Meet Our Team
Julie PollardCo-Founder and COOJulie is a certified ACSM Exercise Physiologist. She co-founded Ageless Fitness with Emmanuel in 2018. She has her M.S. in Gerontology and Longevity Sciences from USC's Leonard Davis School, and her B.S. in Kinesiology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. She grew up in Washington state and moved to California for her undergraduate studies. Julie specializes in exercise programs for older adults with an emphasis on adapted physical activity programs and biomechanics. At the Santa Barbara office, Julie will meet with you for your consultation to review your health and fitness goals. Julie will work with your trainer to design your personalized program and check-in with you along the way.

Kyle GearyExercise PhysiologistKyle Geary is a graduate from California State University, Northridge. In 2015, Kyle earned his Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology in Applied Fitness and Active Lifestyle Development. In 2018, Kyle earned his Master's of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Adapted Physical Activity. After graduating with his Master's degree, Kyle worked at CORE (Center Of Restorative Exercise) from 2018 to 2023, working with individuals with a variety of conditions including but not limited to Spinal Cord Injury (SCI), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, dementia, cerebral palsy, and intellectual disabilities. Kyle has been working with the adapted population since 2014 and enjoys using exercise/movement to meet individuals at their point of need and work towards their goals. Kyle enjoys staying active himself by going to the gym, going to the beach, going on hikes, and playing baseball. Kyle's favorite baseball team is the San Francisco Giants.
